Novotel Annemasse Center - Porte de Genève

At the start of November 2020, the Sogepar Group will open its first Novotel hotel  in Annemasse (74), in the immediate vicinity of Geneva in Switzerland.  Located 6 place de la gare, in the center of the city of Annemasse  and facing  the station which connects Geneva in less than 22 minutes by the Léman Express, our hotel will propose a complete offer. You will find our  4 star hotel  Novotel  of  102 rooms, 2 fully-equipped meeting rooms, a restaurant offering cuisine  fresh  and seasonal, as well as a rooftop bar  open to everyone with a 360 ° view of the Jura and the Alps  This establishment transcribed  mountain authenticity  by raw materials, noble furniture  and a warm atmosphere!

As part of the opening of our Hotel Restaurant (70 seats), we are offering you the opportunity to share your ideas, participate in the creation of the menu, and use your know-how. Your exemplary nature, your involvement and your taste for challenge will make you a leader for your team. Your professionalism will allow you to pilot and manage your kitchen while respecting material costs as well as the regulatory standards in force.

Food :

  • Formalization and monitoring of compliance with technical data sheets

  • Participation in production and fieldwork

  • Guarantor of compliance with procedures (manufacturing, hygiene and safety standards, etc.)

  • Product control before serving and dressing the dishes


Management :

  • Preparation and fulfillment of raw material orders as well as receipt and control of goods (quantities, DLC, etc.) and storage of foodstuffs

  • Guarantor of compliance with the Commodity consumed ratios



  • Participation in recruitment and integration, support for employees

  • Organization of tasks, planning and coordination of kitchen staff activities, and monitoring of the proper execution of production

  • Management and anticipation of staff needs based on activity and absences

  • Delegation and control of tasks in order to transmit your know-how and create an atmosphere favorable to teamwork

Type of contract: Full-time CDI
