Strict hygiene and safety measures

SOGEPAR Group established strict hygiene and safety measures in order to ensure the safety of clients and workers in its hotels.

Theses mesures are symbolized by « Ananabelle », a pineapple (ananas in french) proudly wearing her mask and giving advice about hygiene measures. We ensure to our clients an optimum safety all along their stay thanks to our charter : 

When you arrive :

  • Hydro-alcoholic gel at your disposal,

  • 1m50 social distancing stickers on the floor,

  • Payment by credit card (terminal cleaned after using),

  • Take away breakfast and lunch served in signle-use packaging.


During your stay :

  • Circulation map on the floor to respect social distancing,

  • Cleaning protocole in rooms,

  • Hygiene measures strengthened in our kitchens.


When you leave :

  • A box is available to put your key.

  • Another way to welcome you !

    Discover our new way to give you your room key. It's easy, you just have to stay in your car while our receptionist come to you and give you your room key and your bill.

  • Let us pamper you !

    Each of our 3 and 4 stars hotels clients receive an happy box in witch they can find hydro-alcoholic gel, a bottle of water, a Takuzu game and candy !

  • Your take-out meal

    Breakfast and/or diner (depending on our hotels) are cooked safely and served in single-use packaging

  • Equipments and discipline

    Our charter of commitment allows us to respect our health and safety procedures : all the staff is trained and wears a mask. Also, hydro-alcoholic gel is available.
